The shipping rates for each country are calculated at check out.
Our orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. We have an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days for shipments to Europe and 24-72 hours for shipments to Spain and Portugal. The estimated delivery time may be affected during promotional periods (such as Sales, Black Friday, Christmas...).
Once your order ships, you can track it using the tracking-number provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Inside the parcel, you will find each one of the items in its respective individual packaging.
Shipments to non-European Union countries may take up to 30 days to arrive and may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
We do not take responsibility for factors external to Blush Barcelona which may delay or prevent a delivery, and which are not covered by our logistic partners.
IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, our deliveries may experience some delays on top of the normal delivery times.
IMPORTANT: We will temporally not deliver to Russia since, as a company, we strongly condemn any form of violence and stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine.
Return Policy
VALID REASONS FOR A RETURN:
The order received is not my size.
The order is not what I expected.
The order is in poor condition.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The time window in which you can return an item lasts 14 days, starting from the day the order is delivered.
The return shipping costs are ALWAYS borne by the buyer, except in case of a product default that has been communicated and documented with pictures to us no longer than 48 hours after reception of the item. Additionally, the item should not show any obvious signs of use and has to be send back with all original tags attached to it.
For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of earrings are not accepted.
It is essential that the item you wish to return is in perfect condition and shows no evident signs of being used - or else no return will be carried out.
It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive at Blush Barcelona in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
To send an item back, you must include its original jewellery box.
In cases where you wish to exchange an item’s size or exchange it for a different item, you will have to carry out a return and place a new order for the desired item/size.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?
Fill in the Contact Form and mention your order number to request a return or exchange.
Once the form is completed, our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours indicating the steps you must follow to make the return.
Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities, after examining the article, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been refunded. The refund will be reflected in your account within 7 to 15 working days in the same way you made your purchase - through a refund on your credit or debit card.

Your package must arrive at the warehouse with duties and taxes already paid. Otherwise, it will be returned to the sender and the return request will be refused.
